In this renovation at Benowa on the Gold Coast, Coastal Modern Builders removed old tin fascia and gutters, and replaced the front and rear cladding with Linea Weatherboards. We exposed the original breeze blocks to showcase that classic mid-century character, and rendered the fence. We installed new aluminum doors and windows, and a new garage door. We added features of rock wall cladding and revamped pool coping. To finish off, we gave the build a fresh coat of paint.
