In this interior renovation project, in Benowa Waters on the Gold Coast, the brief required Coastal Modern Builders to create a totally new bathroom, complete with modern bath, sinks and fittings. The inclusion of louvred windows was also requested to allow a lovely breeze from the lake, and warm natural light.
